Florence was formerly one of Her Majesty\u2019s Inspector of Schools and is now an Additional Inspector for the Office for Standards in Education, Children\u2019s Services and Skills (Ofsted).\n&nbsp;\nFlorence has extensive experience of educational development, innovation and inspection nationally and internationally. She also has significant expertise in the process of acculturation and the impact this has on the educational experience of people from ethnic minority backgrounds.\n&nbsp;\nFlorence was part of a team of experts who conducted the 2007 review of the Bermudian\u00a0education system. She has also been involved in the development of inspectorates and training of education reviewers in African and the United States of America.
